Hearing adjourned from last September
The inquest into the death of Manx road racer Dan Kneen will continue this morning.
Coroner John Needham adjourned the original hearing last September to seek further evidence.
The 30-year-old from Onchan was killed in a crash at Churchtown during a qualifying session at the TT last year.
During the hearing last September, Dan Kneen's family questioned why telemetry from his Tyco BMW Superbike hadn't been examined.
His father Richard stated the information would show whether there were any problems with the bike prior to the incident.
A vehicle examiner from the Department of Infrastructure was able to determine the machine's brakes and engine were in working order, but didn't have access to software to download telemetry.
The coroner of inquests undertook to approach Tyco BMW in a bid to obtain data from Kneen's bike.
The resumed inquest is at Douglas courthouse, starting at 10am.
