Priority for new board
In the west of the Island, Patrick held its first election in 20 years.
Almost a third of the electorate cast their ballot, to vote five members - Robert Anderson, Roger Bankes-Jones, Adrian Christian, Richard Jones and Geoffrey Gelling - onto the board.
There was a re-count at St James's church to confirm the smallest of margins at the bottom of the table - Mr Gelling winning his place on the authority by just a single vote.
The issue of the future of the historic Knockaloe site was to the fore for several commisioners.
Richard Jones has vowed to make it a priority for the new board
