Union rep calls for pay dispute resolution
The lack of new pay offer for teachers from the education department is an "insult".
That's according to the national secretary of one of the unions involved in the ongoing pay dispute with the Department of Education, Sport and Culture.
The unions turned down an offer made in March this year, and government says the cost of the coronavirus outbreak means funds are no longer available.
