Liverpool's Deputy Mayor Lynnie Hinnigan proud of Manx links
A ground-breaking at the site of the new landing stage in Liverpool, is a "sign of faith" from the Isle of Man to its relationship with the city.
That's from the deputy mayor Lynnie Hinnigan, ahead of a ceremony later.
It's part of the major project set to be completed in 2021, at an overall cost of £38 million.
