Body hits back at Baker's positive description of legislation
The Manx Landlords Association has rejected claims draft legislation to regulate the private housing market is 'in good shape'.
That comment was made by the infrastructure minister ahead of today's sitting of the House of Keys, where clauses of the landlord registration bill are being considered.
The MLA says it hasn't had the chance to engage properly to improve the legislation, which it thinks is flawed.
