Lloyds Bank set to move into Villiers House
A major commercial property in Douglas is set to be filled for the first time in around four years.
Tevir Group has confirmed Lloyds Bank will move into Villiers House on the corner of Victoria Street and Loch Promenade early next year.
The building has been empty since early 2017, and was then purchased by Tevir Group in October 2018, after which, the developer says, it has undertaken an investment and refurbishment programme.
Mark Grace, who's a director at Black Grace Cowley, says it's hard to stress just how important this letting is to the Douglas office market, as it's probably the largest single-office letting on the Island in more than 15 years.
