IOM Post Office also reveals last date to send a letter to Santa
The Isle of Man Post Office has announced details of its arrangements for Christmas.
The last recommended posting date for standard mail to the UK is Thursday 18 December, while Special Delivery and Next Day is Tuesday 23 December.
Meanwhile, children need to send their letters to Father Christmas by Friday 12 December to get a reply in time.
People are being 'strongly encouraged' to order their gifts and send parcels early to make sure gifts arrive on time, particularly during busy periods or when the Island has poor weather conditions leading to disruption.
