No longer have to be a close Covid contact
Lateral flow tests can now be collected by people who are not close Covid-19 contacts.
More than 100,000 have arrived on Island.
Government says making the testing widespread will support its mitigation strategy and allow people to make informed decisions about what is best for their own circumstances.
It says taking a test will be 'useful' if planning to visit someone vulnerable or for work purposes – however people are advised not to do more than two per week.
Local authorities are now helping with the distribution of the home testing kits along with pharmacies.
You can watch a video of how to do the test HERE.
