Humour can improve all aspects of life, says laughter expert
Technology, jokes and playing pranks on family are just some of the things that have helped people get through lockdown.
That's according to leading laughter expert Stephanie Davies, who grew up in the Isle of Man.
She heads up a company called Laughology, which looks at how humour can improve every aspect of people's lives.
She's found that over the past few months, people have been able to find things to laugh about, even in a situation that wasn't funny at all:
