Minister hopes for ideas from the public
The people of Laxey may get to choose the type of bridge they want in the village.
So says the Island’s infrastructure Minister as work continues to erect a temporary structure to replace the bridge which collapsed in torrential rain nearly a fortnight ago.
In Tynwald yesterday (Tuesday) members were assured a new vehicle bridge would be completed by TT 2016.
