Day of entertainment to commemorate history of village
Laxey is set to be a hub of activity today (26 June) as the village celebrates its heritage.
There'll be everything from Manx dancing to Bouncy Castles in the area with a parade from the Rose Garden at 1:30pm.
Organiser Andrew Smith says the event is celebrating Laxey's mining history:
