42-year-old admits four offences
A Laxey man will be sentenced later this year after admitting causing police officers to fear for their personal safety.
Adrian Robin Kneen, of Glen Mooar Estate, pleaded guilty to committing the offence of affray during an appearance at Douglas Courthouse.
The 42-year-old also admitted resisting three peace officers in their execution of their duty; all of the offences took place at Police Headquarters on 5 December.
A social enquiry report has been requested before he’s sentenced at Douglas Courthouse; he’ll next appear in court on 27 February.
Update: At Douglas Courthouse Kneen was sentenced to 15 weeks custody which was suspended for 18 months. He was also ordered to pay £1000 in compensation to the officers.
