David Wacks says there's confusion on Island
A legal expert says members of the public, who have been subject to cautions by police, should be aware of the consequences.
A Manx Freedom of Information request shows that, in the last four years, there were over 900 cautions issued for reckless driving alone.
David Wacks, a retired solicitor who advises people on the situation in the UK, says across the British Isles, there is a deal of confusion about how long such a caution remains on your record:
