Poole-Wilson and Skinner appear on Mandate
Two candidates standing for the Legislative Council have staked their claims for the vacant seats on the scrutiny body.
Douglas Councillor John Skinner, and lawyer Jayne Poole-Wilson appeared live on Mandate this morning to discuss their credentials for the upper house.
Mrs Poole-Wilson first became an MLC last year and is seeking re-election, whilst Mr Skinner has years of experience on the planning committee and in the fire service.
