Kate Lord-Brennan is hoping it'll be proposed early next year
Concerns over the use of e-cigarettes by young people - especially in schools - has prompted plans to bring in regulation.
Proposed primary legislation is being brought forward by Cabinet Office Minister Kate Lord-Brennan early next year.
She says it follows comment from a number of directions:
