Public health director says guidelines are advisory only
The Island's public health director says advice will become less prescriptive as we come out of lockdown.
Dr Henrietta Ewart has been giving evidence to the Tynwald public accounts committee.
She was speaking about the most vulnerable groups in society, like those over 70 and people with underlying health issues, who have been staying home to limit their chances of catching coronavirus.
Dr Ewart says official guidelines are there for people to adapt to their own situation:

No increase in domestic gas prices for rest of 2026
Law targeting sale of nicotine pouches takes step further
Procurement process for Kirk Onchan Post Office continuing
Bus station will not be moved to the Sea Terminal
