The Chief Minister says it's time to start the debate on gay marriage.

Allan Bell believes the Island's reputation was seriously damaged in the years before homosexuality was decriminalised in 1992.
While respecting those with religious reservations, he says it's important the Island doesn't lag behind mainstream thinking.
Next week prominent human rights activist Peter Tatchell will speak at a public meeting organised by the Isle of Man Freethinkers' group.
