Party leader reacts to councillor's comments
The Lib Van leader says the party does not believe the Island is a tax haven, after comments from a Douglas councillor.
Cat Turner featured on a BBC documentary about a company in the UK coming to the Island to escape corporation tax.
Ms Turner stood in the Douglas East by-election last November, as a candidate for Lib Van.
