High Bailiff commits case to Court of General Gaol Delivery
A man from Liverpool accused of bringing cocaine to the Island will stand trial at the higher criminal court.
Twenty-nine-year-old Daniel James Patterson of Northfield Road appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas courthouse.
He’s pleaded not guilty to producing the drug at the Sea Terminal on 17 October.
Mrs Hughes committed him to stand trial at the Court of General Gaol Delivery, and remanded him in custody to appear there on a date to be fixed.
