Sufferer speaks of her struggle
An ME sufferer on the Island has been telling Manx Radio about her personal experience with the condition.
Joan has lived with it for the past 13 years or so.
She has decided to tell her story, after hearing Manx Radio's interview with Dr Charles Shepherd this week.
Dr Shepherd, medical advisor to the British ME Association, has said misdiagnosis, and a lack of effective on-Island support is hindering sufferers.
Joan told Ed Oldham these are things she has experienced herself:
