Garff Commissioners is 'frustrated' that there is no development to the sewage treatment plant for its residents.
Manx Utilities has published an update, stating it remains 'committed' to the plans and the treatment works remain a 'priority'.
However, the local authority feels the monthly updates it receives from the MUA don't 'add' anything.
Currently land for the works is yet to be obtained and the local authority were told previously the building would be ready for the 2025 bathing season.
£40 million has been allocated towards the development of sewage plants, with £17 million set aside for Laxey.
