8-month-old Maxwell was born with cerebral palsy and HIE
A local couple, whose baby was born with a rare medical condition, is looking for your help in raising money to get life-saving treatment.
In February, Edward and Naomi Perry's son Maxwell was born with cerebral palsy and a severe case of HIE -a condition that reduces the blood and oxygen flow to the brain.
He needs stem-cell therapy, which can't be accessed on the Island, nor the UK, but is available in Panama.
