Adam Hudgeon to set up charity
A local man is setting up a mental health charity after an honest post on Facebook about his own difficulties received an unexpected response.
Adam Hudgeon took to social media to describe his first panic attack and the affects its had on his life which resulted in more than a thousand likes, over 500 shares and an abundance of direct messages.
Inspired by the response, Adam is now opening up his own flat to anyone in need of a cup of tea and a chat.
He says men in particular still face the stigma of feeling they have to stay quiet about mental health:
