Support group urges people to stop for 24 hours
Smokers on the Isle of Man are being urged to quit the habit.
National No Smoking Day takes place in the UK today (9 March) and the Isle of Man is joining in with the awareness raising campaign.
Quit4You says the majority of people who undertake the habit on the Island are those aged between 30 and 40.
