Frustration caused by the Island's latest lockdown 'could have been a factor' in the latest case of vandalism in Onchan.
Antisocial behaviour hit the headlines this week after pictures emerged of newly-refurbished toilets in Onchan Park being damaged days after opening.
A number of youth services, and social clubs, have been closed as a result of the tough Coronavirus measures.
