MHK seeks details about diesel engine in House of Keys
An MHK believes government has problems with financial scrutiny and control.
Ramsey member Lawrie Hooper will ask questions about the diesel locomotive in next week's sitting of the House of Keys, including the cost of the engine not operating.
The locomotive has suffered a number of technical and reliability issues since joining the fleet in 2013.
Mr Hooper wants to ensure mistakes aren't repeated in the future:
