New custodians sought for Scottish regional airline
Scottish regional airline Loganair has been put up for sale.
A report in the Sunday Times yesterday said owners, Stephen and Peter Bond, were looking to sell the company on after 25 years.
In a statement on social media, CEO Jonathan Hinkles wrote that the sale was 'for the best of reasons, Stephen is now 72 years of age and wishes to step back from day-to-day business.
Mr Hinkles says that's the 'beginning, middle and end of the story right there.'
Loganair currently operates a number of air routes between the Isle of Man and the UK - including Liverpool, Manchester, Birmingham and London.
