Festival likely to attract thousands
People planning to head north on Sunday for the Festival of Jurby are being advised to set off early.
The event is expected to attract thousands of vintage and classic bike fans for a massive rally - and organisers say they want to avoid traffic gridlock on local roads.
This year, numbers are likely to swell as residents and visitors keen to view the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight display - due over the airfield at 1pm - join the throng.
Rupert Murden from the Vintage Motorcycle Club is on the Festival of Jurby organising committee.
He says it's a huge event with clear logistical issues:
Three-month wait for state pension forecast statements
OFT to investigate possible regulation of funeral directors
"One of the Island's foremost champions of Manx heritage" to receive Tynwald Honour
No timeline yet for reinstatement of rehab service to north
Venezuela Fury & Noah Price wedding "a true showcase of the breadth and quality of Manx services"
