Plans have been submitted for a major 14-storey development
The unmanaged car park at the former Lord Street bus station site has officially closed.
Anyone who was parked on the site had until 6pm last night to remove their vehicles, ahead of work getting underway on a planned 14-storey development.

The proposals include a multi-screen cinema, apartments, bus facilities, and commercial units, and the developers say they are in the 'final stages of the planning process'.
Manx Radio spoke to motorists in the car park about what impact they felt the closure would have:
