Finance bosses in discussion with government over recruitment
Manx finance sector bosses are meeting government to try and find ways to boost the pool of trained staff, available for recruitment.
There are near 45,000 economically active residents on the Island.
Unemployment stands at 3 percent, according to the 2021 Census.
