Fears that some won't survive circuit break lockdown
There’s a warning that some pubs on the Isle of Man may not survive the latest lockdown.
That’s according to the chairman of the Licensed Victuallers Association who is calling for more government support.
Hospitality venues - which can't offer takeway or delivery - will be shut for the duration of the 21-day circuit break lockdown.
Geoff Joughin, who also owns The Albert in Douglas, says a lot of the smaller businesses will ‘definitely’ need more help:
