Would represent largest single private investment
A major development on a Brownfield site in Douglas could be the catalyst for 300 new jobs.
The proposed new headquarters for King Gaming Limited - on land off Victoria Road - would represent the largest ever single private investment on the Isle of Man.
Plans also include a restaurant, cafe and 66 staff accommodation units.
The planning application for the project has been submitted by the Excel Group in collaboration with Hoffman Dujardin - an Amsterdam based architecture and interior design studio.
It follows extensive dialogue with government.
