Hopes details proposals can be submitted before Christmas
Talks between planners and the company behind proposals for a major development in Ramsey are said to be progressing well.
Sulby Riverside Limited want to build a mixed development of 207 new homes and apartments, along with a new pub, children's playpark and commercial premises, close to the town centre on land adjacent to Gardeners Lane.
Project Director, Josh Church, says he's happy with progress to date following constructive talks, and it's hoped that detailed plans can be submitted before Christmas.
