
The Sayle Gallery is home to what was once seen as "degenerate art" for the next month (to 27th Oct).
Kurt Schwitters' work has recently been on display at the Tate Britain, and the Island exhibition is a huge coup for the local gallery.
The artist was interned in Hutchinson Square, in Douglas, after fleeing the Nazi regime during the Second World War.
'Responses to Place' exhibition includes work created whilst Schwitters was held on the Island.
