Lezayre Road works complete a week early
A major route in the north of the Island is to reopen on Friday, 3 August, a week ahead of schedule.
Part of Lezayre Road in Ramsey has been closed since early June, with diversions in place.
Works carried out include the resurfacing of part of the roadway, the creation of a cycle lane, and provision for a connection to a new water main at the junction of Bircham Avenue.
A replacement puffin crossing has also been installed outside Ramsey Grammar School.
The Infrastructure Department has announced the road will reopen fully from 2pm tomorrow afternoon.
