Statistics included in health body's monthly update released
Manx Care has released new figures showing a total of 705 enquiries were made to its advice and liaison service throughout March, with 95-percent given an answer in less than 24-hours.
Almost 300 contacts were received by phone, 194 via email and three by post.
Two hundred and twelve people were seen at various locations across the Island.
Meanwhile, 1,994 responses to the 'Friends and Family Test Survey' were recorded.
Eighty-nine percent of respondents rated services as 'good' or 'very good'.
Four percent described services as 'neither good nor poor', and seven percent writing 'poor' or 'very poor'.
