An Onchan MHK says ratepayers were served well for the best part of a decade by the district’s civic head.
Malcolm Hulme, who passed away last month, was the chief executive of Onchan Commissioners before retiring 17 months ago.
His funeral will be held at St Peters’ Church at 11 o’clock this morning (Thursday).
Rob Callister says he was fully committed to Onchan.
