63-year-old denies provoking behaviour charge
A Douglas man will stand trial on Valentine’s Day next year after denying being a ‘peeping Tom’.
Vincent Lynch, of Head Road, has previously pleaded not guilty to a charge of provoking behaviour.
The 63-year-old has been accused of peering through his neighbour’s kitchen window, on 8 September, after she’d got out of the shower.
His bail has been continued until 14 February next year.
Update: Lynch was found guilty after trial. A social enquiry report has been requested before he's sentenced on 3 April 2025.
