A Douglas man will stand trial after being accused of carrying out an assault at the Isle of Man Prison.
Thirty-eight-year-old Donovan Bradley Kitching, of Ballafletcher Road, denied the offence during an appearance at Douglas Courthouse.
It allegedly took place on the Close Supervision Unit at the facility on 1 February.
A pre-trial review will take place on 18 October – he’s been bailed until that date.
