He'll appear in court this afternoon
A man in his 30s will appear in court this afternoon following an incident which left a police officer with stab wounds.
The Isle of Man Constabulary has charged him with offences in relation to a stabbing on 12 September.
Two people were treated in hospital for serious but not life threatening injuries.
The man was also treated for self-inflicted injuries.
Police are appealing for the public not to speculate on social media in order to protect future court proceedings.
