Pre-trial review scheduled for 26 November
A man has admitted being drunk and disorderly, but denied assaulting a police officer in the same incident.
Twenty-nine-year-old John Charles Walster of Croit Ny Glionney in Colby appeared before magistrates at Douglas courthouse.
He pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly on 30 August in Regent Street in Douglas, but not guilty to assaulting a police officer.
Magistrates bailed him in the sum of £500, and he’s next due to appear in court for a pre-trial review on 26 November.
