Trial listed for November
A man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has pleaded not guilty to a series of child sexual offence charges during an appearance at the Court of General Gaol Delivery.
He denies four counts of inciting a child to engage in sexual activity, and seven counts of sexual communication with a child.
The charges relate to three individuals, who also cannot be identified for legal reasons.
During the hearing, the court was told the defendant would be released on bail, subject to additional conditions.
These include not deleting internet of social media history, not installing any software designed to permanently remove files, and not installing software that would enable access to the so-called ‘dark web’.
Existing no-contact orders remain in place.
A trial is due to begin in November.
