Alleged incident on Hillside Avenue
An Andreas man denies damaging a front door and garden furniture with a baseball bat.
Deiter Paul Johnson, of Larivane Estate, appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes accused of damaging property, possessing an offensive weapon and affray.
Mr Johnson denies all three charges, which are alleged to have happened on 21 January at a property on Hillside Avenue, Douglas.
The case has been adjourned ahead of a pre-trial review on 3 April.
