
An inquest has heard how an elderly man died after falling and hitting his head in hospital earlier this month.
Eighty-four year-old Peter Lyne Duncan was admitted to Noble's suffering from a fungal throat infection.
The former chartered accountent also had leukemia.
The hearing was told Mr Duncan fell at 3:20am on October 20, when he fractured his skull.
Coroner of Inquest John Needham recorded a verdict of accidental death.
