Fifty-three-year-old appears in court
A 53-year-old man's made an appearance at Douglas Courthouse charged with two counts of impersonating a health care professional at this year's TT.
James Steven England, from Bradford, was arrested on Saturday following a complaint from race organisers.
Officers apprehended the man at Glen Helen between the ninth and tenth milestones of the Mountain Course.
No plea has been entered, Mr England has been bailed and he's due appear in court next on 19 June.
