A Douglas man will appear in court this morning in connection with an incident in Farmhill at the weekend, when a man was stabbed.
The 18-year old was arrested in the early hours of Saturday morning after police were called to a disturbance at a property in Hilltop Rise.
Police haven't yet said what charges he will face.
The house was sealed-off for much of Saturday for forensic inquiries, and police say they interviewed a number of witnesses.
The victim remains in Noble's hospital where his condition is said to be stable and comfortable.
Police have reassured the public this was an isolated incident and they are not looking for other suspects.
