Caution issued over behaviour
A man's been arrested after seemingly losing his temper over a chippy tea.
Police say the individual became incensed after dropping his supper, lashing out and kicking a seagull who swooped down to eat his food.
Seeing the act of animal cruelty prompted a passer-by to accost the man.
He then lashed out, pushing them to the ground.
The hungry aggressor was taken into police custody overnight, and subsequently received a caution.
