31-year-old stole from Boots in Strand Street
A man from the south of the Island will appear in court again in December after admitting shoplifting.
Thirty-one-year-old Anthony John Richard Lyons of the Edremony Estate in Port Erin appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes.
He pleaded guilty to stealing deodorant, aftershave and perfume from Boots in Strand Street in Douglas on 4 October.
Mrs Hughes granted bailed while reports are prepared and Lyons will appear again on 17 December.
