46-year-old pleads not guilty
A man accused of assaulting a woman, causing her actual bodily harm, will appear in court again next month.
Forty-six-year-old Lee Cowell of Darragh Passage in Douglas appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas courthouse.
He's pleaded not guilty to assault occasioning ABH in October.
He was remanded in custody to next appear on 15 December.
