Fastcraft currently running on three engines
Work to replace engine components on the Manannan will get underway overnight.
The Steam Packet Company's fastcraft has been running on just three engines over the weekend, increasing crossing times between Douglas and Liverpool to four hours.
A spokesperson for the operator told Manx Radio the rebuild is expected to begin overnight tonight, leaving the vessel on three engines for its round trip this afternoon and tomorrow.
